Sandy Health and Rehab in Sandy, Utah is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts (6a-6p) with rotating weekends. You will administer medications, treatments, and IVs, document care, and ensure drug safety in a supportive geriatric environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Utah.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret clinical information in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in long-term geriatric nursing care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications, tests, treatments, and IV lines.
• Record time spent on treatments in the medication/therapy record.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs per facility policies.
• Notify physician of refusals, non-compliance, or adverse reactions promptly.
• Keep medication cart and related areas neat and secure.
