Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in a geriatric facility near Glenwood, Minnesota. You will provide comprehensive patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications include MN RN license, CPR/BLS/HIPAA certifications, and at least 1 year in long-term care. Expect 12-hour day shifts with strong communication and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Holds a Minnesota RN license.
• CPR, BLS, and HIPAA certifications are required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in long-term care/geriatric settings.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and demonstrate strong patient care and communication.
