Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with therapy-directed maintenance programs (ROM, walking, exercise).
• Report changes in participants' function and mobility to therapy staff promptly.
• Complete documentation as outlined in guidelines.
• Prepare treatment areas and manage supplies/equipment for visits.
• Assist with DME pickup/delivery and inventory management.
• Support organization and cleaning of DME facilities.
• Support mission and values of Senior TLC in community-based care.
