Job summary
Providence Healthcare of Thomaston in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care across short term rehabilitation and long-term care settings. You will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and lead daily unit operations.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in Georgia, be a graduate of an approved nursing program, and demonstrate strong assessment skills.
Qualifications
- Must possess current RN license issued in Georgia and be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
- Demonstrate physical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing principles.
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing and supervisory experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
- Assist in orientation and supervision of Nursing personnel.
- Maintain daily unit operations per shift and assume leadership as needed.
