Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative treatment to a full caseload to improve or maintain function.
• Perform restorative and exercise tasks as delegated by a therapy clinician.
• Develop treatment plans to help patients reach maximum potential; collaborate with therapy team and nursing staff.
• Provide quality documentation as required.
