Qualifications

• CNA license in good standing is required.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative treatment to a full caseload to improve or maintain function.
• Perform restorative exercises as delegated by a therapy clinician.
• Develop treatment plans to help patients reach maximum potential.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to ensure cohesive care.
