Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working closely with a supervising PT, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans to improve function, mobility, and independence while promoting dignity and quality of life.

You will perform therapeutic exercises, gait training, and patient/family education with accurate documentation.
