Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Assist PT plans and document progress in EMRs.
• Support gait, balance, and functional mobility training.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• On-site role with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Responsabilités
