Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving function, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, documenting progress, and educating patients and families.
