The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. The PT will assess referred patients, develop treatment plans, and educate families on therapy methods while coordinating with physicians and other disciplines.

Qualified candidates hold a Florida PT license, have completed an accredited PT program, and preferably have experience in long-term care or geriatrics.

Competenze

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Must hold a valid Florida physical therapy license.
• Experience with long-term care and geriatric settings preferred.
• Ability to document clearly and maintain records.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Punctual and professional, with reliable attendance.

Mansioni

• Assess referred patients and provide direct PT care to determine rehab potential.
• Develop and administer treatment plans with goals aligned to patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality.
