• Provide rehab services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans including exercise and mobility activities.
• Train gait and balance and improve safety and independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and document progress.
• Educate patients and families and contribute to a patient-focused culture.
