Job summary

In this on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Assist in implementing treatment plans under PT supervision.

• Document progress accurately in EMRs and collaborate with care teams.
