Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

This on-site role involves carrying out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to enhance residents’ safety and independence.

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in New Jersey.
Experience working with geriatric populations in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
Document progress in EMRs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
