Job summary

Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a 32-hour full-time schedule in Beverly, MA. The RD will ensure individualized nutrition care aligned with physician orders and quality standards to support resident health and recovery.

Requirements include RD credential and a Bachelor’s in Dietetics/Nutrition, with 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in geriatric or skilled nursing settings. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing nutrition services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing department procedures for food service operations, equipment, and supplies.
• Review corrective action plans for deficiencies identified in surveys and submit to Administrator.
• Maintain and monitor a quality assurance program for Food Services.
• Review residents’ dietary requirements and physician-ordered diets.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans including regular and specialized diets.
• Support discharge planning with nutrition components.
• Monitor resident nutritional status and adjust diet plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align nutrition with treatment goals.
