Job summary

Allied Services is seeking a Registered Nurse in Scranton, PA. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the nurse will administer prescribed treatments, coordinate care, and monitor nursing standards on their assigned unit.

The ideal candidate must possess a current RN license and demonstrate adequate nursing skills and communication abilities. A minimum of one year of experience in a geriatric setting is preferred. CPR Certification is essential and must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of satisfactory experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
• Must be cleared by PA State Police criminal history check.
• CPR Certification required or must be obtained and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Administers medically prescribed treatment and coordinates nursing care.
• Monitors standards of nursing care on assigned unit.
• Assesses human responses and implements nursing care.
