Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This on-site role follows treatment plans created by Physical Therapists, guiding therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety and independence.

You'll document progress in EMRs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and receive strong clinical mentorship and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• PTA must have accredited PTA program and licensure.
• Experience in geriatrics is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress precisely.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and gait and balance training.
• Support functional mobility interventions to improve independence.
• Document progress in EMRs and communicate with care team.
