This on-site role follows treatment plans created by Physical Therapists, focusing on therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to improve safety and independence.

You will document progress in EMRs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and benefit from strong clinical support, mentorship, and growth
