Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time role supports therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote residents’ overall wellness.

The PTA will assist the PT, evaluate and treat independently with supervision, and contribute to geriatric care in a supportive environment. A Tennessee PTA license is required, with SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
