Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Davidson County Visits team in a full‑time, per‑visit role. This position focuses on one‑on‑one home health therapy services for older adults living in homes throughout Randolph County, North Carolina.

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatments, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and resident education in a home‑style setting, helping

Qualifications

• Must hold North Carolina PTA license.
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• At least one year PTA experience.
• Passion for geriatric, home-health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions as delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Support residents in achieving or maintaining optimal physical function.
• Conduct treatments, tests, and education tailored to older adults.
