Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. The role supports the PT, delivering mobility-improving therapies and wellness activities for residents.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PTA with the ability to evaluate and treat independently, and has a passion for geriatric care. Full-time and PRN opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
