Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to empower adults and seniors through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will work with adult/geriatric patients to improve independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities include hands-on therapy under PT supervision, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible PTA in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, pain management and long‑term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement, endurance and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
