Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home-based geriatric therapy in Davenport, FL. The PTA will conduct skilled treatments under the plan of care, aiming to maintain residents’ independence and age in place.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation per 4-unit visit, and an autonomous yet collaborative team environment. Florida PTA licensure and an associate degree are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida PTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
