Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy on a Home Visit basis in Dade City, FL 33525. The role offers clinical autonomy, a flexible PRN schedule, and the opportunity to contribute to residents’ independence and age-in-place goals.
