Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN home-based geriatric therapy in Alabama. You will provide skilled treatments, support residents to maintain independence, and work within a collaborative care team.

The role offers flexibility with a PRN schedule, opportunities to treat in patients' homes, and clinical autonomy while maintaining quality care for aging populations.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama PTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
