Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy on a PRN basis in Leesburg, FL. You will perform home-visit PT under the plan of care and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
