Job summary

Strengthen Physical Therapy, Inc. seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our onsite Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, New York.

This full-time role offers a salary of $90,000 to $110,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, administer modalities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and independence for a geriatric population.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York state.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents to assess needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength and mobility.
• Administer therapeutic modalities including exercises and manual therapy.
• Monitor progress and update plans to ensure recovery goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Educate residents and families on exercises and home care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and high professional standards.
