Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team. The PTA will assist the PT to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for geriatric residents.

Candidates must hold a state PTA license and be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision. SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in-state is required.
• Geriatric population experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physical therapist with therapies designed to enhance mobility, relieve pain, and promote fitness in a skilled nursing facility.
