Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. The role supports the PT in designing and implementing therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain for geriatric residents.

• Licensed PT assistant in state of practice
• Experience with geriatric population preferred but not required
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently under PT supervision
