Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team on-site in New Jersey. You will implement PT treatment plans focused on mobility, function, safety, and quality of life for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, accurate EMR documentation, and education for patients and caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active PTA credential.
• Experience providing therapy to seniors in SNF/long-term care is preferred.
