Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Provide gait and balance training and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
