Job summary

Deer Oaks is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our integrated clinical team in long-term care facilities within your local community. You will conduct psychological evaluations, provide individual therapy, and develop treatment plans, collaborating with nursing, social work, and medical staff.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, onsite work, strong administrative and clinical support to help you deliver high-quality care to older adults with complex needs.

Qualifications

Must hold valid psychology license and licensure in the state.
Strong skills in cognitive assessments and dementia care.
Experience in geriatric care and interdisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and cognitive screenings.
Provide individual psychotherapy for older adults.
Lead or co-lead family and group therapy as appropriate.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Collaborate daily with nursing, social work, and medical teams.
Maintain compliant clinical records and timely documentation.
