Job summary

Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution is seeking a Licensed Psychologist for a full-time or part-time role at LTC facilities. You will perform psychological evaluations, provide individual psychotherapy, and support care planning within an interdisciplinary team.

This position offers Monday–Friday, with robust clinical and administrative support to focus on patient care, including family therapy, caregiver sessions, and group therapy as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Psychologist License.
• Experience delivering therapy to older adults or with cognitive/medical complexity.
• Strong documentation and HIPAA-compliant workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual psychotherapy tailored for older adults and complex cases.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Collaborate daily with nursing, social work, physicians, and rehab teams.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and manage caseload independently.
