Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health seeks a licensed psychologist to join our Long-Term Care Clinical Services team. Provide evaluations, therapy, and care planning onsite in local LTC facilities, with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and comprehensive support.

You will manage a caseload, adhere to ethical standards, and participate in ongoing clinical development and mentorship in geriatric behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist in the relevant state.
• Experience providing geriatric psychotherapy.
• Ability to work onsite in long‑term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide individual psychotherapy to older adults with complex needs.
• Lead or co‑lead group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practices.
• Collaborate daily with nursing, social work, physicians, and rehab teams.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
