Senior Care Therapy is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities in Maryland, including Upper Marlboro. The clinician‑owned practice handles billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications, letting you focus on clinical care with good work‑life balance.

Full‑time roles pay $80,000–$125,000 with a sign‑on bonus up to $8,000, plus benefits, SCT University, CEU reimbursement, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted psychology license in state.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational/documentation skills and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities, up to 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards using EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
