Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted psychology license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in skilled nursing/sub-acute facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families to support care.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation using EHR.
