Job summary

Senior Care Therapy is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents across SNFs in NJ, NY, PA, and MD. A Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and active licensure are required.

The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus, with a 32-40 hour work week option and strong support from a multidisciplinary team. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 annually, with additional benefits such as 401(k) matching, malpractice

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of practice.
• Ability to provide in-person services in SNF facilities.
• Proficiency with EHR and documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in SNFs.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional/behavioral conditions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families.
• Maintain clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans.
