Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking qualified Advanced Psychiatric Practitioners (PMHNP, PA-C) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Psychiatry team in Washington. Our team delivers comprehensive behavioral health services to the underserved geriatric population residing in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities in the Greater Seattle Metro.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington with a focus in psychiatry.
• Prescribe controlled substances – DEA license.
• 1 year of geriatric psychiatry experience.
• 1 year experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess mental status and diagnose DSM-V disorders.
• Develop treatment plans and apply psychopharmacology considerations.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
