Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Nursing Assistant in the Trans Senior Mental Health unit at Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland. You will assist with daily living activities, transports, and basic care under RN supervision.

Required education is a High School Diploma or GED; STNA certification is preferred and BLS must be completed within the new-hire period. Prior nursing assistant experience is preferred, with significant physical duties inherent to the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care tasks under RN direction.
• Organize and coordinate assignments for timely care.
• Document care provided in patient records and maintain unit cleanliness.

• Maintain patient safety during hourly rounds and ensure bed alarms are active.
