Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric med-management in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. You will conduct routine rounds, evaluate residents, and manage mental health conditions while collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams to support emotional and cognitive well-being.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous professional patient care experience.
• Geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry experience preferred.
• Excellent patient-centered service skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, professionalism, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Perform routine patient rounding and ongoing management of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
