Zusammenfassung

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities in California. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules with independence and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and addressing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and other geriatric concerns.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted CA license as NP.
• Master's or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable providing services in nursing home and long-term care settings.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns in geriatric populations.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.
