Ideal candidates hold a CA NP license or equivalent, with experience in geriatric populations and long-term care

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted CA license as NP.
• Master's or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in nursing home/long-term care settings (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within SNFs and Assisted Living communities.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Treat geriatric depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and related conditions.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve outcomes.
• Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.
