Behavioral Health Solutions in Nebraska is seeking qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C) to join our SNF Therapy team serving the geriatric population in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities.

You will provide face-to-face psychiatric services in facilities, assess mental status, diagnose DSM-V disorders, and develop treatment plans, with collaboration with psychiatrists.

Qualifications

• Nebraska nursing license in good standing with psychiatry focus.
• Pharmacy license in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (DEA).
• Malpractice insurance if Independent Contractor.
• 1 year geriatric psychiatry experience.
• 1 year Experience in SNF/Acute Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess mental status based on symptoms.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Utilize psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological treatments.
• Coordinate cases with supervising psychiatrists.
