Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Participate in treatment team conferences to plan and revise goals and interventions.
• Implement and co-lead group therapy sessions; evaluate responses and adjust care.
