MASC Medical Recruitment Firm in Daphne, AL seeks a Primary Care Physician for a full-time, outpatient geriatrics-focused role. Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends or hospital rounds, with a collaborative care model and emphasis on preventive and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active Alabama medical license and DEA registration.
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings with a focus on early intervention.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for a predominantly geriatric population.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document clinical encounters and track patient outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture focused on continuous care enhancement.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices.
