Job summary

One Medical seeks a Primary Care Physician for our Charlotte outpatient practice at the Pineville Office. You will provide high-quality, value-based primary care and partner with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires NC licensure and Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine, with a path to leadership that respects work-life balance and offers weekly protected time for collaborative discussions and case reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Ability to build relationships with team members and communicate effectively 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Thrives in a fast-growth, mission-driven org focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with care team and leverage coaching and behavioral health models to engage geriatric patients.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record to plan care and maximize impact on population.
• Work in a state-of-the-art, team-based practice setting.
• Support leadership that values work-life balance and input from clinicians.
• Weekly protected time for team building and case discussions.
