Job summary

Providence PACE seeks a full-time Physician to join our Portland, Oregon team. You will provide primary care across seven PACE centers, spanning community-based and clinic settings, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support older adults.

Ideal candidates have geriatric experience; palliative care or hospice exposure is valued. The role emphasizes resident-focused, comprehensive care with opportunities for continuity coverage and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year post-graduate clinical experience in geriatrics preferred.
• Palliative care or hospice training/experience valued.
• Ability to work across multiple care settings with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care across seven Providence PACE centers in the Portland metro area.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, care managers, social workers, pharmacists and therapists.
• Deliver care in community-based settings and outpatient clinics, ensuring comprehensive, person-centered services.
