Job summary

Providence PACE in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a full-time Physician to join a multi-center, interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive primary care to older adults in community and facility settings.

You will float across seven Portland metro Providence PACE centers, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, pharmacists, and other care professionals while delivering high-quality, person-centered care in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• One year of post-graduate clinical experience with geriatrics preferred.
• Training in palliative care and/or hospice valuable.
• Ability to work across multiple centers and care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and community-based primary care to older adults.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Support continuity of care across Providence PACE centers.
