Gould Medical Group seeks a Senior Care Chief Physician to lead geriatric primary care across Sutter Senior Clinics in Modesto. The role emphasizes value-based care, patient-centered outcomes, and interdisciplinary teamwork to deliver high-quality care for older adults.

The leader partners with executive colleagues to optimize clinical operations, mentor clinicians, and foster a culture of compassionate, team-based care in a complex, performance-driven environment.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution; board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Geriatrics fellowship training is highly preferred; openness to additional geriatrics training.
• Valid and unrestricted state medical license; leadership experience in a primary care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the clinical and operational model for Sutter Senior Clinics in partnership with the CMO.
• Foster a patient-centric, outcomes-driven culture and oversee interprofessional team rounds and huddles.
• Accountable for financial and clinical outcomes in collaboration with administrative leadership.
• Coach clinicians to build strong relationships with staff, patients and caregivers.
• Model high-value care delivery and drive population health initiatives for older adults.
• Collaborate on staff oversight, education, quality and value-based care metrics.
