Adfinitas Health is seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric physicians to join our post-acute team serving the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and Kingston areas of Pennsylvania. Positions include Monday–Friday schedules with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, offering competitive salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will be geriatric fellowship trained or boarded in geriatrics, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in geriatrics, internal medicine, or family medicine.
• Geriatric fellowship training or experience in post-acute care is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
