Penn State Health Post-Acute Care is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our growing team providing exceptional care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care at one, and no more than two, high-quality long-term care communities in suburban Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will work alongside a dedicated Penn State Health Advanced Practice Clinician at each site, delivering patient-centered care that improves outcomes and enhances quality of life for older adults and post-acute patients.

Monday through Friday schedule
No long shifts
Flexible daily rounding
No in-house major holiday coverage, rotation of holiday call by phone
Shared telephone call coverage across the Post-Acute Care team
Excellent work-life balance with predictable scheduling
Must possess a MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
BE/BC Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license
